First-order guarantee
Try your first box.
If your first box of a Smart Strips formula is not right for you, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we refund the price of that box.
How the guarantee works
Your first order
The guarantee covers your first order on smartstrips.us, one box per formula.
At least 14 days
Use the strips for at least 14 days, as directed on the box, so you can judge them fairly.
Write to us within 30 days
Within 30 days of delivery, email sales@smartstrips.bg with your order number and a few lines on how you used the strips and why they were not right for you.
Send the box back
We reply with the return address. Send the box with the remaining strips. Return shipping is paid by you.
Your refund
When the box arrives, we refund the product price to your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs are not refunded.
What is not covered
Second and later orders, subscription orders after the first delivery, bundles and sets, orders from other retailers or marketplaces, and boxes returned without the remaining strips.
