How much collagen can a strip hold?

How to choose a collagen strip
- Look for the collagen number. A label that hides the amount in a blend is a warning sign. A strip that states 20 mg is being honest about its size.
- Check the source. Marine collagen comes from fish, bovine from cattle. Neither is vegan, so a "vegan collagen strip" usually contains collagen-supporting nutrients rather than collagen.
