What 23 women carried in their bags on a Pilates retreat in Greece

The middle of the Aegean. The mats are rolled out across the deck of a catamaran, the water around is so blue it looks painted, and the Pilates begins. Nothing to mix, nothing to swallow, nothing to interrupt the session. An oral dissolvable strip dissolves on the tongue in 7 to 30 seconds.

That was PILATES ON A YACHT RETREAT, LEVEL UP Edition, the second edition of the retreat by GIA Pilates Reformer Studio, which brought 23 women to Keramoti, Greece, from 18 to 21 September, together with the face of the event, Gabriela Yakub. Smart Strips was the official partner.

The Pinterest life that actually happens

That is how the organisers described LEVEL UP, and it is hard to put it better. A boutique hotel with a pool. A full day at sea, with stops to swim and lie in the sun. Stretching by the water, the “Goddess Within” ritual, dinners with a Greek atmosphere and time for real conversations. Four days in which nobody wants to think about pills, bottles and supplement reminders.

A ritual for every moment of the day

So all 23 participants, and Gabriela and the studio team with them, received their own Smart Strips set of five formulas, arranged by the rhythm of the day, not by the shelf.

“People don’t fall in love with an ingredient, they fall in love with an experience,” says Smart Strips founder Elina Ivanova-Atanassov. On a deck in the middle of the sea it is easy to see why: the best supplement is the one that doesn’t interrupt the moment.
